Metro ballet prepares for spring performance

The Mississippi Metropolitan Ballet, under the artistic direction of Jennifer Beasley, will present a new production of the fairytale “Alice in Wonderland” at Jackson Academy Performing Arts Center at 6 p.m., March 30, and at 2 p.m., March 31. The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party will follow the Sunday, March 31 performance. Two area high schools have started what will be an annual competition to raise money for waterfowl conservation.
