Metro ballet prepares for spring performance

The Mississippi Metropolitan Ballet, under the artistic direction of Jennifer Beasley, will present a new production of the fairytale “Alice in Wonderland” at Jackson Academy Performing Arts Center at 6 p.m., March 30, and at 2 p.m., March 31. Dancers include (from left, back) Kristin Miller, Annalee LeDuff, Erin Lochmann, Mae Correro, Eleanora Ellis, Anna Claire Nelson, Mattie Grace Morris, Hallie Young, Thalia Graves, Olivia Claire Williford; (third row) Anne Lu, Sophia Huang, Emily Dew, Bella Bach, Taylor Binkley, Madeline Page, Adam Maatallah, Rebecca Trowbridge, Avery Shiflett; (second row) Sarah Lin, Emerson Harkins, Caroline Champagne, Caroline Ellis, Annalyse Binkley, Anna Kate Hamilton; (front) Hart Maley. The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party will follow the Sunday, March 31 performance.
