The Jackson Bailliage Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs held a gathering recently at Bravo! Italian Restaurant. The event, which was socially distanced due to COVID-19 restrictions, was held outside on the restaurant patio. The menu was prepared by Chef Dan Blumenthal and each course was paired with a special wine. Hors d’oeuvres included a spiced lamb lollipop with mint yogurt avocado with crab and sweet chili sauce. They were followed by an appetizer, soup and dinner featuring giant veal and shiitake-stuffed ravioli. Shown are scenes from the event.
