The Ridgeland Police Department in conjunction with Ridgeland Municipal Court will offer a Fee Waiver Program for individuals with arrest warrants for Contempt of Court (Failure to Appear). This period will begin Tuesday, February 19th and end Friday, March 1st, 2019.

Difficult decisions could be on the horizon for the Jackson-Hinds Library System.
DOWNTOWN FITNESS, powered by Baptist Health Systems, will open August 1 to provide fitness, health and wellness programs to downtown Jackson. The facility will be where the University Wellness Center Downtown was previously located at 100 East Capitol.
