History of Rosalie

The Mississippi State Society Daughters of the American Revolution purchased Rosalie Mansion in Natchez, for its state headquarters 80 years ago.  Part of the celebration included Kay McNeil who presented the “Peter Little’s Story”,  followed by the DAR History of Rosalie and Fashion Show presented by Polly Grimes.  Members of the state society modeled fashions, which would have been worn by members from 1920-2010.  Members of the Annandale Chapter NSDAR in attendance were (from left) Martha Jones, Jane Nash Jones, Vicki Wilson, Mary Manning, Mary Sue Mosby, Debbie Cannon, Anne Paige Mosby and Liz Covington.
