At a recent meeting of the Rotary Club of Jackson, outgoing President Brooks Buchanan (right) reviewed and recapped the 2017-2018 year. Brooks then introduced District Governor Pam Smith, (center) who then presented Brooks with the Gavel plaque commemorating his service to Rotary, and spoke on “Why Rotary.” Neddie Winters (left) was then installed as president and the passing of the pins was performed. Winters spoke about his vision going forward, where everyone has a place and crosses all lines of diversity.
