Project SEARCH

Mississippi Baptist Medical Center and the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services have partnered to create an internship program for New Summit School students. Eight students between the ages of 18 and 21 were accepted into the Project SEARCH program and were pinned as part of an awards ceremony at the school. Students will spend nine months at the hospital working. Students selected were (from left) Parker Newman, Sam Cooper, Jaxon Vinson, Semaj Jefferson, Jaden Curtis, Bobby Stucky, Matthew Gleason, and Lexie Gill.
