Flood and Boyles are wed July 28 in ceremony at Paris-Yates Chapel in Oxford

The wedding of Natalie Marie Flood and William Ramseur Boyles was celebrated at the Paris-Yates Chapel on the campus of the University of Mississippi in Oxford July 28.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jeffery Flood of Lawrenceville, Ga. She is the granddaughter of Sally Patricia Flood and the late Benjamin Bruce Flood, Evert Wayne Oerding and the late Deanna Marie Oerding.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Weldon Randal Boyles. He is the grandson of Dr. William R. Clement and the late Cecile Brown Clement, and Jimmy Roy Boyles and Kay Boyles Hooks.

The Rev. Chris Robinson celebrated the late afternoon Eucharist ceremony, assisted by the Rev. Seth Walley and the Rev. Jennifer Southall. Scripture readers were Maggie Louise Conerly and Melissa Ann Holy.

The bride wore a designer gown featuring a bateau neckline with a bodice made of Alencon lace and hand beaded embellishments. A white satin ribbon tied at the waist, and her flowing, the chapel skirt was made of English net. Her chapel length veil was edged with Alencon lace. She carried a hand-tied English garden bouquet of white hydrangeas and blush pink roses.

Maid of honor was Kaitlin Louise Aspinwall. Matron of honor was Haley Judd Hufstetler. Bridesmaids were Leah Victoria Abide; Georgia May Bland; Anna Randal Boyles and Margaret Hardy Boyles, sisters of the bridegroom; Laura Elizabeth Myers; and Heather Anne Renwick. Junior bridesmaid was Reece Marie Oerding. Flowers carried by the bridesmaids were hand-tied English garden bouquets with white hydrangeas, freesia, and pink roses. Flower girl was Kate Ann Oerding, who carried a beribboned basket. Bridesmaids wore blush pink gowns with deep necklines and front inverted pleats. Attendants were Taylor Marie Richardson and Abigail Claire Treon.

 

Best men were the bridegroom’s father and Davis Lane Rogers. Groomsmen were Alex Jeffrey Flood and Jack Benjamin Flood, brothers of the bride; Joshua Dennis Hollingsworth; Michael Salem Resha; Nicholas Daniel Vonder Haar; and Hunter Ross Wilkerson.

Ushers were Andrew Steele Coker, Kyle Alston Jones, Craig Howard Kirkland Jr., and Zachary Willis Moorer.

Flowers in the chapel were offered in memory of late grandparents of the couple - Dianna Marie Oerding, Benjamin Bruce Flood, and Cecile Brown Clement, as well as Sharon Flood Clark, aunt of the bride. Musicians were Steve Taranto, organist; and Ashley Ashmore, vocalist.

Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents hosted a reception at The Powerhouse Arts Center.  Almost Famous of Memphis provided the music.

On the eve of the wedding, the bridegroom’s family hosted a rehearsal dinner at the Country Club of Oxford.

The couple is at home in Alexandria, Va., where the bride is a campus recruiter with Dixon Hughes Goodman and the bridegroom is studying divinity at Virginia Theological Seminary.
