Miss Beech and Hayden planning June wedding at Paris-Yates Chapel in Oxford

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Leon Beech Jr. of Flowood announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Anne Beech, to William Wilks Hayden, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Anselm Hayden III, all of Covington, Tenn.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Larry Beech Sr., of Mendenhall and the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis Andrew Diesa of Huntington, N.Y. The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Troma Eugene Jones of Caruthersville, Mo., and Mr. and Mrs. John Scholl of Olive Branch, and the late Joseph Anselm Hayden Jr. of Caruthersville, Mo.

Miss Beech is a 2014 graduate of Mississippi State University where she was a member of Chi Omega sorority and involved in the student association. She was graduated from Mississippi State with a bachelor’s in accountancy. In 2015, she graduated cum laude from Millsaps College with a master’s in professional accountancy. She is associated with ServiceMaster Global, Memphis, as a senior internal auditor.

Hayden is a graduate of the University of Mississippi where he was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity. He was graduated in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and in 2014 with a master’s in accountancy. Hayden became a Certified Public Accountant in 2015 and is associated with Whitehorn, Tankersley, and Davis PLLC, Covington, as an accounting supervisor.


The couple will exchange vows June 8 at Paris-Yates Chapel on the University of Mississippi’s campus with a reception following at the Chancellor’s House in Oxford.
