Miss Harrison and DeMoss to exchange wedding vows February 23 at First Baptist

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ernest Harrison Jr. announce the engagement of their daughter, Leslie Nicole Harrison, to Edwin French “Trip” DeMoss III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin French DeMoss Jr. of Nashville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Loyce Freeland Brown and the late Mr. Brown of Cleveland, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ernest Harrison of Jackson.

The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Mrs. Edwin French DeMoss and the late Mr. DeMoss of Nashville, and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Burleigh Kaster Sr. of Louisville, Ky.

Miss Harrison is a 2007 graduate of Jackson Preparatory School. She received her bachelor’s degree in marketing communications from the University of Mississippi in 2011, where she was an active member of the Kappa Delta sorority. She is associated with IBM Watson Health in business development.

DeMoss is a 2008 graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in construction management from Western Kentucky University in 2013. He is a project manager with Layton Construction’s Health Care Group out of Nashville, currently in Aventura, Fla.


The couple will exchange vows February 23 at First Baptist Church in Jackson. Following the ceremony, a reception will be held at The South.
