Miss Sanders and Taylor planning November 10 wedding at Cedar Oaks in Oxford
William Douglas Sanders and Margaret Allene Wimberly Sanders of Canton announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Michelle Sanders, to Bryan Joe Taylor, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Bryan Taylor of Coldwater.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Hoyt Douglas Sanders of Canton, and Mr. and Mrs. William Joseph Wimberly of Mineral Wells, Texas.
Miss Sanders is a 2007 honors graduate of Canton Academy, and received a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management in 2011 from the University of Mississippi. She is the owner of Emily Taylor Weddings and is an interior designer at SummerHouse Oxford. At Ole Miss, Miss Sanders was an active member of Phi Mu fraternity to which she now serves as the recruitment advisor.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Bobbie Jo Scott Taylor and the late Joe Allen Taylor of Coldwater, and Carol Billingsley Mock and the late Melvin Hubert Mock of Senatobia.
Taylor is the 2007 salutatorian of Magnolia Heights School, and a graduate of the University of Mississippi, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences in 2010 and a doctorate of pharmacy in 2013. Taylor is a clinical pharmacist at G&M Pharmacy. At Ole Miss, Taylor was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity.
The couple will be married November 10 at Cedar Oaks Mansion in Oxford. Following the wedding, the couple will live in Oxford.
