Robert Wise has chosen to continue his endless war on informed consent, and I have become his latest target as a member of those representing the right of all to informed consent concerning medical procedures. One would think that since the majority of lawsuits, especially those involving medical issues, are argued by the plaintiff’s lawyer on the basis of a lack of informed consent, deceit used in one’s informed consent or incomplete informed consent, our lawyer spokesman should be on the side of informed consent—but he apparently isn’t, at least in this case.
According to the law, anytime a surgical procedure, medication or treatment of any kind is proposed by a physician, he or she is obligated to inform the patient of the possible complications and side effects of the procedure and/or medication and the alternatives to the proposed treatment or medication. What we have witnessed during this “pandemic” is a virtual war on this time honored, completely logical, moral, and legal requirement. All patients are being told is that the so-called vaccine is safe and highly effective and that there are no alternative safe and effective treatments—all three of these statements are absolute, unmitigated lies.
Numerous studies, even the incredibly inept VAERS vaccine complication reporting system, attest to the enormous number of deaths, as well as severe and permanent complications caused by these bio-genetic, experimental injections beings sold as “vaccines.” When the so-called pre-approval for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) was being announced, the public was told by the media, the vaccine makers, and the public health authorities that the vaccines were around 95% effective and very safe. In less than six months after their release we see a continuous attrition of the effectiveness numbers so that now these “vaccines” are considered less than 50% effective, the point at which a vaccine is considered less than effective. Further, we are now told that the vaccinated shed a very high concentration of these viruses and can transmit the infection to anyone—especially family members.
Wise likes to use as his point of attack my supposed lack of “degrees” in immunology and infectious diseases and that I have been retired from practice for 14 years. I have not been sitting on my porch sipping a mint julip since retirement, and if he is the “investigative journalist” he pretends to be he would know that. The first article I wrote for a medical journal was on the subject of immunotherapy of brain tumors (written in 1976). My article was quoted in one of the major books on brain immunotherapy. Over the past fifteen years I have written and had published 20 scientific papers in medical journals on the subject of immunology, many of which are quoted by international experts in immunology in other major journals. Maybe one of Wise’s doctor friends can show him how to use PubMed or Google Scholar where he can look up my publications and maybe even try to read some.
In addition, I have written chapters in several medical books on the subject of infections and immunology. I have not only called attention to the link between inflammation and excitotoxicity in my scientific publications but coined the term immunoexcitotoxicity used by many experts in the field of immunopathology of neurodegeneration.
As far as I can discover, Wise is not a physician, has no degrees in immunology, epidemiology or infectious diseases and appears to have a very Pollyanna understanding of immunology.
As I have repeatedly said, Wise cannot find any other source for his “information” than federal, corrupt, bureaucracies—the CDC, the FDA, the WHO and Public health officers. He did fail to mention Dr. Redfield, a previous head of the CDC, who urged caution in the use of these “vaccines” because of the side effects and, that as a result, received death threats for doing so. Apparently, even ex-CDC virologists cannot tread on the side of truth in this debate. Wise did add a new and even more unreliable source for his “proof”, the Reuters world news service. I think we all know just how unreliable and one-sided Reuters news service has and continues to be on this issue. The TV news media receives millions in advertising revenue from vaccine makers.
Not to be outdone, Wise resorts to a new source for his “vaccine truth”—the American Academy of Pediatrics, which in my opinion and many others, is one of the most corrupt of the medical associations in the world. This so-called medical association (really a medical union) has received large sums from pharmaceutical companies, as does the CDC and the FDA—all as a matter of record.
Incredibly, despite all the research indicating that our children are over-vaccinated (they receive more vaccines than children anywhere in the world) and that these vaccines are responsible for the increase in autoimmune diseases, juvenile diabetes, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and autism spectrum disorders, the American Academy of Pediatrics insist these small children need to receive all their childhood vaccines as well as the ineffective flu vaccine and the gene-altering Covid vaccine in close approximation. The science is very clear that this is extremely harmful, especially as regards childhood brain development.
With the new evidence from at least two major laboratories that the spike protein can damage DNA repair enzymes in immune cells, leaving them unable to fight viral infections, to continue injecting this essentially untested set of “vaccines” is a crime against our children as well as adults. The implications of this new research is so frightening that the reasonable and compassionate person would immediately halt all further vaccinations with this dangerous bio-genetic agent.
What the average person does not realize is that the “vaccines” are designed to deliver a continuous production of the damaging spike protein to every organ and tissue in the body over an undetermined length of time—this has been proven and is not speculation. The makers of this messenger RNA process admit this. The pharmaceutical companies lied when they said the spike protein does not enter the nucleus of the cell—this study proves it. The compassionate and reasonable person would halt such injections immediately.
The makers of these dangerous products are using every tactic and nefarious method at their disposal to silence those who are trying to offer “informed consent.” If the cheerleaders for these “vaccines” are, as they claim, telling the truth, why are they so afraid of debate and opposing information? All science, throughout the ages, has been based on open debate of all sides of the contested issue. This silencing of an opposing view is unprecedented in science (as well as society in general) and is approaching that of the KGB tactics of the old Soviet system with its office of disinformation and propaganda—the largest section of the KGB. All media—newspapers, magazines and video reporting in the old USSR was totally controlled by the government. The public was allowed to hear only one viewpoint—the government’s. All opposition was silenced by a force of law. Ironically, that is exactly what the Democratic Congress is attempting to do by legislation this very day and Mr. Wise appears to be supporting such efforts.
