An engagement party for Olivia Patterson and Geoffrey Barnes was held recently at the home of Larry and Helen Butts. Miss Paterson is the daughter of Frances Rooks Patterson of Madison and Gregg Patterson of Phoenix,. Barnes is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Greg Barnes of Simpsonville, Ky.
Co-hosts were were Elizabeth Rooks Barber, Bobby and Cathy Brown, Seth and Lindsey Davis, Rob and Janet Patterson, Dunaway Rooks, Russell and Lele Rooks, Joe and Lisa Rooks and Tim and Kim Rooks. The bride-elect is a special education teacher at Little Light House of Central Kentucky and the prospective bridegroom is general manager at Fire & Chill in Middletown, Ky.
The wedding will take place at St. Francis in Madison, April 26, 2025. After the wedding the couple will make their home in Shelbyville.
