I thought we had left the President Joseph Robinette Biden administration on November 5th, but with Robert Wise’s “The Coming Kakistocracy,” (Northside Sun, November 22, 2025) we had reason to recall it and put a name on it all. I cannot let that pass.
Wise had to be speaking in mock “shock and awe” as he critiqued Trump’s cabinet picks when, as we all know, Biden sent up his nomination of transsexual Rachel Levine to be Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services. I could not begin to explain such a phenomenon to my late mother, let alone my late grandmother! Call it what you want to, but no amount of lipstick, padding, or imagination is going to change his XY chromosome to XX. I, for one, was having a hard time articulating what all it was the Biden administration inflicted on the country. Now I have a theme. Wise conveniently would like to focus things elsewhere.
It’s difficult to begin to criticize the Biden administration. Let’s just start here: When I think of how we had this President with such diminished mental powers, I wonder how people missed the big signal of his initial basement campaign. Some people mistook his rashness as bold leadership—his immediate, spiteful reversal of all that Trump had accomplished! Biden is not a good public speaker; he hollers at the microphone and talks down to his audience. Count me as one who was truly shocked at the beginning. (Like some Democrats since November 6th, I thought I might need a “safe space” or to pet some puppies!). And still after even his own party rejected him, he thinks he could have won!
There are the two wars that broke out during Biden’s tenure as though baked into another Democrat administration. Of late, when like a real-life Rip Van Winkle and awakened from a sleep, he allowed Ukraine to fire US originated missiles to be fired on Russia. (Where were his handler-staff?). It frightened even Michael Moore, one of Biden’s Hollywood Fan Club members, to criticize! By a strange contrast, regarding the October 7th Israeli massacre and conflict with Hamas, Biden and the Democrats seemed to favor Hamas, and those who celebrate them in US demonstrations. Siding with initiator of the Nazi-like act of genocide of over a year ago—beyond incredible!
Shock and awe describes some of us who saw international news footage of Biden reviewing the troops in Britain or similarly wandering off to some irrelevant incident while at the G7 meeting during a break back in the early summer! Other leaders had to retrieve him. What an embarrassment!
Then in a late June debate with candidate Trump, to everyone’s horror, Biden just went seemingly mindless. Shock and horror well describes the leftwing media immediately following in the post-broadcasts and on the next morning when they and the world concluded what and who was occupying the Oval Office at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue! And the duplicity, the duplicity of his staff—don’t get me started! And Wise, in an earlier column, called this “one bad night,” as if to hide a camel under the bedsheet. “Runs circles around everyone else!” others exclaimed. But then, to give the world comfort, “he’s good 10-4, when he’s in the office.” Nothing would happen in the wee hours! Jill conducted a cabinet meeting—a cabinet meeting (!) of the United States of America! Not a birthday party. Seriously? History repeats—we had another Presidential caretaker as with Mrs. Woodrow Wilson.
How about Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas and the border! “Security”—was that what he was supposed to be about?—by letting virtual armies of undocumented persons, even known terrorists and unescorted two year old children, into our country EACH DAY for months! Oh the books that will be written—telling the many horror stories Mayorkas won’t have to live next door to.
Then there was the AWOL Vice President Kamala Harris, who with the lapdog leftwing media, denied she was appointed Border Czar. It’s amusing to think how far she actually wanted to stay away from the border. Rejected at the ballot box to the relief of millions!
With the Attorney General Merrick Garland, it has not so much been incompetence as revenge for Republicans for shutting him out of the US Supreme Court by killing through neglect his nomination by President Obama. He simply decided to use his office as a weapon or tool of punishment for such an obvious transgression. Think of the wasted Federal money now on all these now evaporated fake cases.
And inflation?—Democrats and MSM told you it was in your head. Really? My grocery budget was blown each year of this term. What about yours? Concerning Biden’s pardons of his son and involved associates, it seems Biden will go out like a Benedict Arnold given all his earlier denials. Even Democrats are turning away feeling betrayed. And the gross number of his pardons—so reprehensible!
Wise, in essence, went off on Matt Gaetz, Tulsi Gabbard, Robert Kennedy Jr. and wastes ammunition on Gaetz as he, to his credit, withdrew his divisive nomination. A new and welcomed US Senate majority will properly vet Gabbard, Kennedy, and Pam Bondi, the new Attorney General nominee, Wise need not worry. Things will be different. Laws will be followed.
Could there be any worse record than Biden’s? Looks like a true kakistocracy to me. Makes the Clinton years, and even the Obama administration, look golden. Sadly, the effects will be with us a long time. But Trump will restore the sanity we haven’t been used to and Wise will call it the reverse. The country, like a human body, has a strong pulse again and soon it will be like an Olympic athlete running a dash!
