I have been in an absolute frenzy putting the finishing touches on the year. There are tiers in play that are reachable for fiscal year incentives, but it is a chaotic struggle to try and make them. Business stress is off the chart, and it doesn’t seem to be getting any better. Balance between work and personal life is non-existent.
