John Thomas Wohlgemuth, aged 75, passed away on September 8, 2025, after a brief illness. He was born April 21, 1950, to Clifford James and Dollye Wilder Wohlgemuth in Jackson.
John graduated from Murrah High School and played football at the University of Mississippi.
He worked with his father at Clifford’s Electric Service in Jackson.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, James (Jimmy) Wohlgemuth.
He is survived by his sister-in-law, Guynel Wohlgemuth, his niece, Leah Wohlgemuth Peacock, and her family, his nephew, Matthew Nelson, and his family. His cousins, Hart, Edd, Lee Lyon, and Gary Herring, also survive him.
The family would like to thank Bob Burns for his faithful friendship with John for many years.
