James “Jim” Vickers Maness, 49, of Jackson, Mississippi passed away on June 15, 2023.
He was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee on July 23, 1973 to Louise Malvezzi Maness and Stephen Dennison Maness. He attended Jackson Academy. He worked as a farmer and loved hunting, fishing, and dogs.
Jim is survived by his parents, Louise Malvezzi Maness and Stephen Dennison Maness; his sister, Denise Furr (Bill); one niece, Hartwell Furr; and two nephews, Wilson Furr and Prentiss Furr.
A visitation for James will be held Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Parkway Funeral Home. A private family graveside will be held at Parkway Memorial Cemetery.
