The Jackson Academy Carnival is set for Tuesday, October 17, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Raider Field off Sheffield Drive. JA's carnival is one of the Jackson area's oldest and largest fall festivals. The community-wide event features carnival games, a costume contest, jump houses, a bake sale, a pumpkin decorating contest, and more.
