Mr. and Mrs. Todd Andrew Boolos of Vicksburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsay Elizabeth Boolos, to Robert Elliott Browning, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Robert Browning Jr. of Flowood.
Miss Boolos is the granddaughter of Mrs. David Keith Daniels, the late Mr. Daniels, and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Howard Boolos, all of Vicksburg.
Dr. Browning is the grandson of the late Jane Cathey Wilkerson of Brandon, the late Charles Willis Wilkerson Jr. of Canton, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Robert Browning Sr. of Pascagoula.
The bride-elect, a 2011 graduate of Warren Central High School in Vicksburg, graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2016 with a degree in general studies. She received her master’s degree in marriage and family counseling from Mississippi College in 2022. She is currently associated with Canopy Children’s Solutions as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2010 graduate of Jackson Preparatory School in Flowood. He graduated from Auburn University in 2014 and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in 2018.
In 2022 he completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, later completing his fellowship in glaucoma at Florida Eye Specialists in Jacksonville. He is currently an ophthalmologist with Jackson Eye Associates in Madison.
The couple will exchange wedding vows May 17 at First Presbyterian Church in Vicksburg.
