Susan Camille Fontenot and Glenn Gates Taylor of Jackson announce the upcoming wedding of their granddaughter, Victoria Camille Fontenot, to Colin James Standish of Vicksburg. He is the son of Angela Faye and William Russell Standish.
The bride-elect is also the granddaughter of Brenda and Fred Wiseman of Memphis. The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Lynda Faye and Robert Jimmy Trussell of Vicksburg.
A 2020 graduate of Madison Central High School, Miss Fontenot attended the University of Mississippi where she received a bachelor’s degree majoring in art in 2025. Currently she is associated with Fontenot Designs as a designer. She is also a commissioned artist.
Standish graduated in 2018 from Warren Central High School where he played baseball and football. He received a bachelor’s of accounting with a minor in finance from the University of Mississippi in December of 2022. At Ole Miss, he was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He is an accountant with Terral River Service.
The couple will exchange wedding vows October 4 at her grandparent’s home on Old Canton Road where the reception will also be held. They will make their home in Vicksburg.
