Mr. and Mrs. George Nelson Pope of Madison announce the engagement of their daughter, Jamey Grace Pope to Adam Bowen Pollock of Madison. He is the son of Elizabeth Bowen Pollock of Madison and Adam C. Pollock Jr. of Madison.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James E. Noblin Jr. of Madison, and George Pat Pope and the late Carolyn Pope of Madison, and the late Drucilla Gibson of Evansville, Ind.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tom Bowen of Jackson and Anita C. Pollock and the late Adam C. Pollock Sr. of Madison.
Miss Pope is a 2014 graduate of Jackson Preparatory School. She attended the University of Mississippi where she was an active member of Chi Omega sorority. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Belhaven University in 2019. Currently she is a pediatric nurse at Children’s of Mississippi.
Pollock is a 2012 graduate of Madison Central High School. He attended Mississippi State University where he was a member of the Kappa Alpha. He graduated in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness management. He is currently the manager of used equipment at Puckett Rents.
The couple will exchange vows on Nov. 22 at Eden Gardens in Santa Rosa, Fla., after which they will make their home in Madison.
