After all the necessary paperwork is signed, inmates from the Mississippi Department of Corrections satellite prisons in Rankin County and Madison County will once again be picking up trash along state highways in Jackson and Hinds County.
“We’re trying to get the program back running,” said Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones.
