Jackson Academy band members were honored at the Mississippi Bandmasters Association State Band Clinic in Natchez. Two JA students distinguished themselves among their peers: In the Blue Honor Band, freshman Ann Marie Penick (left) earned first chair tenor saxophone, while sophomore Caden Callison (center) secured first chair tuba.
