NATIONAL SUMMARY
The second wide-reaching storm of the week will affect much
of the central and eastern portions of the nation tomorrow.
Snow with slippery roads will impact far southern Minnesota,
southern Wisconsin, eastern Nebraska, all of Iowa, central
and northern Illinois, northern Indiana, northern Ohio,
eastern Kansas and northern Missouri. Farther to the south,
ice can cause dangerous travel and potential power outages
in central and southern Missouri, northern Arkansas, central
and southern Oklahoma and northern Texas. Rain will fall on
the warmer side of the storm from Maryland and Virginia to
eastern Texas. Much of Alabama, Georgia and Florida are
expected to be dry. Much of the West will also have a quiet
day, although a little snow can fall over the interior
Pacific Northwest.
