NATIONAL SUMMARY
Periods of rain and thunder will spread across Louisiana
into the lower Mississippi River Valley tomorrow. South of
Memphis, Tennessee, there can be localized flooding,
especially near rivers and creeks. At the least, heavier
downpours can result in ponding on roads and highways. The
rain will expand into western Tennessee, southeastern
Missouri and southwestern Kentucky later in the day. A storm
in the Northwest will bring showers to much of the West
Coast, snow to the Cascades and snow showers across much of
eastern Oregon, Idaho, Montana and northern Wyoming. Below
3,000 feet above sea level, light rain can mix in with the
snow. Showers will spread across North Dakota while a mixed
bag of rain, snow and sleet develops across northern
Minnesota and Wisconsin.
