NATIONAL SUMMARY
A low pressure will stall out over the Wisconsin area
tomorrow leading to consistent heavy rainfall. Flash
flooding will be possible, especially in northern Illinois
and southern and central Wisconsin. Moisture from Kay will
help produce a few thunderstorms in southern California
again tomorrow. Most of the east will receive heavy rain
due to ample moisture streaming northward. Flash flooding
will be possible, especially from central Pennsylvania
down to northern North Carolina. Monsoonal thunderstorms
will continue to produce the risk for flooding in the
Southwest. It will continue to be dry for a majority of New
England due a high pressure in the area. Minnesota westward
into the Pacific Northwest will be mainly dry as well.
