The Calhoun Station Parkway in Gluckstadt has several developments under way.
Historically, Gluckstadt was rather rural and consisted of land belonging to several historic farms nearby, many of whom now are not the owners of the land that now is becoming Gluckstadt in the present real-estate market. Much of the land has been sold to Real-Estate Developers recently.
Three developments have buildings up for lease that are recently constructed on newly-developed formerly vacant lots of land along Calhoun Station Parkway.
This development in Gluckstadt pictured here is for sale by the Heritage Commercial and Land Company based in the United States. It is located in Gluckstadt at the Southwest intersection of Calhoun Station Parkway where it intersects with Church Road, near the Interstate 55 overpass by Church Road.
