About Our Dentists
Westover, DDS, M.Ed. grew up in Laurel. He attended the University of Mississippi for undergraduate studies where he majored in chemistry and pre-dental medicine. He attended Louisiana State University for dental school. He also attended LSU for his prosthodontic training where he earned a master’s of education (M.Ed.). He then completed a one-year fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics and Dental Oncology at the MD Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute in Houston.
Dr. Westover practiced as a maxillofacial Prosthodontist in Miami, Florida for three years where he was also a part-time instructor of prosthodontics in the General Practice Residency at the Jackson Memorial Hospital at the University of Miami. During that time he was also the director and teacher of removable partial dentures at the Lindsay Hopkins Institute. He relocated to the Jackson area over 20 years ago and has maintained his private practice in Jackson since.
Santarufo, DMD earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in 2006 and graduated from dental school from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010, with National Board Exam Honors. In 2011, Dr. Santarufo concluded a general practice residency at Louisiana State University, completing an implant restorative fellowship for advanced restorative procedures.
Dr. Santarufo met her husband, Curtis, while they were both attending residences at LSU, and moved to Madison in 2013. They have two sons. Dr. Santarufo serves on the Governance and Ethics Board for the Mississippi Dental
Association, and is a member of both the American Dental Association and Mississippi Association of Women Dentists. She is also active in several study clubs for continuing education and is in the Academy of General Dentistry.
Garner, DMD has practiced as a local dentist since 1996. He is a lifelong area resident and has been married to his wife, Michelle, for over 20 years. They have three children and he is very active in community and local charities, including the Pink Ribbon Fund and Hub City Humane Society. Dr. Garner attended the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry, graduating in 1996. Before dental school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Southern Mississippi in 1992.
He currently operates 16 dental clinics across Mississippi and is an active member of the American Dental Association and Mississippi Dental Association.
