Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry has enjoyed a partnership with David Yurman since first being established in 1980. As family-owned businesses, both believe in the importance of partnering with like-minded other organizations. COVID-19 has brought an unexpected new season of need and left many people facing hunger. In these challenging times, both Lee Michaels and David Yurman felt compelled to provide support to communities in need. In the middle of the pandemic, while all stores were closed, the Berg family and the Yurmans decided to donate 100% of proceeds from the David Yurman X Cable Bracelet sold at Lee Michaels in May to support local food banks. “We wanted to make sure our neighbors in all of our communities knew they were not alone.” said Lee Michael Berg, CEO, Lee Michaels. “We are thrilled to announce that almost $14,000 will be given directly to our local community’s food banks.” The funds were allocated among the food banks in each of their markets.
