In preparation for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Jackson Academy students learned about the Civil Rights leader’s life and held activities to honor his legacy. Kindergarten students explored the lesson that people are stronger when they come together. To illustrate this point, teachers painted students’ hands red, yellow, and blue.
