The development already has tenants planned for the new construction. Tauzin Wealth Management, a wealth management firm, will be among its original tenants.
Benson Construction is building the development at the 205 block of Park Court at the intersection of Park Court and Jackson Avenue, east of the intersection of Sunnybrook Road and Jackson Avenue.
Benson Construction has left a sign stating "for information rick@bensonconstruct.com" and leaving their phone number on the sign reading as "601-856-9141" on the sign adjacent to the construction site.
