Ruth Frances Flood, age 78 of Madison, MS, went home to her Savior on March 17, 2023. She was born in Atlanta, GA on January 17, 1945. She was a beloved mother, Grand Fran, sister, aunt, friend and child of God. Fran grew up in Atlanta where she graduated from Sylvan Hills High School in May of 1963.
