Bettie Payne Phipps McGehee, a resident of Jackson, Mississippi, passed away peacefully at The Madison Health and Rehab on February 13, 2023. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 16th, at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Madison, with visitation at 1:00 PM.
