Thursday 1/7/21, around 11:30, a panhandler stands in the middle of a busy East Frontage Road near the corner of Northside Drive at Highland Village.
I would like to know how this continues to be a daily occurrence in Jackson? Is this an illegal act to stand in the middle of a street? If so, why do Jackson Police drive right by and do nothing? When a vehicle accidentally hits one of these people in the middle of Frontage Road, the city will have to answer. It has been reported many times.
