Special Judge H. David Clark has scheduled a hearing in the matter of The City Council of Jackson v. Chokwe A. Lumumba, Cause No. 23-103, for 8 a.m. April 17 in Hinds Chancery Court. The proceeding will be held in Courtroom No. 1, the largest courtroom at the Chancery Courthouse. A copy of the scheduling order is attached.
