JACKSON, Miss. -- The Jackson Municipal Airport Authority (JMAA) reports passenger numbers for calendar year 2023 at levels not seen in a decade and a half. As of December 31, Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (JAN) handled nearly 1.29 million travelers, an increase of 5.1% above 2022.
