Jackson Academy seniors Jane Arnold, daughter of Peter and Catherine Arnold; Caroline Courtney, daughter of Michael and Amy Courtney; Mary Gibson Lundy, daughter of John and Hayley Lundy; Fran Wilkirson, daughter of Jim and Audrey Wilkirson; and Annalee Willson, daughter of Mark and Ashley Willson, were recently honored with a father-daughter Valentine’s dinner and dance at Fondren Guitars.
Invitations were sent announcing the special evening and called for dads to escort their senior daughter dressed in her favorite Valentine hue. The evening began with mocktails rimmed in sugar crystals and rock candy swizzles and continued with a seated dinner that featured a variety of entrees from pasta alfredo to fried rice. Ten different themed and decorated photo areas flowed throughout the venue where each incorporated a special dessert to compliment the themes.
After taking photos with classmates and dads, guests hit the dance floor where the honoree’s dads surprised their daughters and fellow guests with a choreographed dance number.
