Hopkins and Van Pelt marry in Lexington

The celebration of the marriage of Elizabeth Gray Hopkins and Benjamin Trent Van Pelt was held  June 8 at Ashwood on Antioch Barn in Lexington, KY.

The bride is the daughter of Jeffery Hopkins and Alice Serralta of Houston. The bridegroom is the son of Laurie and Miles Van Pelt of Madison.

The ceremony was officiated by Miles Van Pelt, father of the bridegroom. 

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white ballgown dress. Her bouquet of pink roses and white lilies was accented with greenery.

Wesley Wilt was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Anabelle Maakaroun, Alex Watson, Haley Weeks, Masa Darwazeh, and Kacie and Madie Van Pelt, sisters of the bridegroom.

Best man was Jordan Manley. Groomsmen were Mason Jones, Michael Wilt, Jonathan and Joshua Hopkins, brothers of the bride; and Max Van Pelt, brother of the bridegroom.

Following the ceremony, guests were invited for drinks, dinner and dancing in the barn.  After a wedding trip in Greece, the couple is at home in Ridgeland.
