Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Haack Chisholm of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Sara Frances Chisholm, to Hayden McKay Horan, son of Melissa McKay Townes and Mr. and Mrs. Mark Kevin Horan, all of Grenada.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Rhynehardt Eugene Neubert and the late Cecelia Neubert of Jackson, and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Andrew Chisholm of Houston, Texas. She is a 2011 graduate of Jackson Academy.
Miss Chisholm was graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management. At Ole Miss, she was a member of Kappa Delta sorority, where she served as an officer and president. Miss Chisholm is a professional healthcare representative in Grenada.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ben F. Horan, and Jo Mckay, all of Water Valley, and the late Hal Samuel McKay, of Bruce. He is a 2010 graduate of Grenada High School.
Horan was graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. At Ole Miss, he was a member of Kappa Alpha Order fraternity, where he served as president, and was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi honor society. Horan attends the University Of Mississippi School Of Dentistry and will graduate in May 2018.
The couple will exchange vows February 10 at First Baptist Church of Jackson.
Following the wedding, the couple will be at home in Grenada.
