Mr. and Mrs. Barry Edward Hardy of Madison announce the engagement of her daughter, Kelly Elizabeth Dukes, to Andrew Jefferson Steinwinder, son of William Patrick Steinwinder and the late Dorothy Jones Steinwinder of Jackson. Miss Dukes is also the daughter of the late Thomas Jefferson Dukes Jr.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry Howard Hines of Kosciusko, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Jefferson Dukes Sr. of Hattiesburg and Madison. The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Vastine Jones of Tylertown, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jefferson Patrick Steinwinder Jr. of Jackson.
Miss Dukes is a graduate of Madison Central High School and Mississippi State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business management. At MSU, she was a member of Delta Gamma sorority. She is a member of the Junior League of Jackson. Miss Dukes is a paralegal at Wells Marble and Hurst in Ridgeland.
Steinwinder is a graduate of Jackson Academy and Hinds Community College. He is associated with Hanger Clinic Prosthetics and Orthotics in Flowood.
The couple will exchange vows August 23 during a sunset service on the beach in Playa Conchal, Costa Rica. The Rev. Barry Edward Hardy will officiate the ceremony.
Following their wedding, they will make their home in Madison.
