Miss Ingram and Bowden announce plans for November 2 wedding

Janet Spotts Ingram and Reed Burroughs Ingram announce the engagement of their daughter, Liles Elizabeth Ingram, to Kent Weston Bowden, son of Mr. and Mrs. Barry John Bowden of Dallas.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Max Spotts of Jackson, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ocie Clayton Ingram Jr. of Brandon.

The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. H. Hollis Horton of Friona, Texas, and the late Mr. and Mrs. H. Kent Bowden of Houston, Texas.

Miss Ingram is a 2010 graduate of Madison Central High School. In 2015, she was graduated from the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree and a Master’s of Accountancy. At Ole Miss, she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, where she served as president.

She now lives and works in Houston as a Diligence Senior Associate at Grant Thornton.

Bowden is a 2010 graduate of Highland Park High School. He was graduated from the University of Texas-Austin with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a bachelor’s in music, and a Master’s in Professional Accounting. At Texas, he was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity.

He now lives and works in Houston as an Assurance Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The couple will exchange vows on November 2 with a reception to follow at the Crystal Ballroom at The Rice in downtown Houston.
