Ballet & Barre BQ

The Mississippi Metropolitan Ballet will host its annual fundraising event Ballet & Barre-BQ, an afternoon of music, food and entertainment for the entire family on Sunday, Oct. 29 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Town of Livingston on the Square. The event will feature barbecue, music by The Red Hots, games, and a fall raffle drawing.

Peter Pan Coming to JA

Peter Pan, Wendy, and her siblings fly to adventures in Neverland in Jackson Academy’s production of “Peter Pan: A Musical Adventure.” Show times are Saturday, October 21 at 7 p.m., Sunday, October 22 at 2 p.m., and Monday, October 23 at 7 p.m. The musical will be held in the school’s 800-seat Performing Arts Center (PAC) on Ridgewood Road.

Golf tournament committee

Hole sponsorships are $5,000, and a team sponsorship is $1,500, with mulligans and skins available for purchase.
