The Jackson Symphony League (JSL) recently hosted the 65th Annual Symphony Gala “A Star Is Born” celebrating 80 years of the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra (MSO). The formal/black tie event was held at the Clyde Muse Center in Pearl.
The night began with a red carpet entrance followed by a Martini Piano Bar cocktail hour and Silent Auction with entertainment by pianist, Tyler Kemp. The VIP Lounge featured a full bar and entertainment by The Sessions jazz ensemble. The ballroom opened to the tunes of the Capitol City Stage Band.
During the seated dinner, additional entertainment was provided by singers CandyLee Jones, Logan Hogue, and Katie Ladner. Following the dinner, The Molly Ringwalds entertained the crowd. A VIP After-Party concluded the evening with a cigar bar and liquor tastings on the terrace.
