Public hearing scheduled Sept. 9 on closing west entrance to Gillespie Street

The Greater Belhaven Foundation is moving ahead with its plan to close the west entrance to Gillespie Street.
The foundation has scheduled a public hearing on Sept. 9 at 6 p.m. at the foundation headquarters at 954 E. Fortification St. to discuss the closure of Gillespie Street at North State Street.
