“Let the good times roll!” is the translation of this famous French saying. Most likely you have heard it in New Orleans, around Mardi Gras, or other famous New Orleans parties. I decided to take that saying quite literally this year for Thanksgiving. We are making a turkey roll or more formally called a turkey roulade.
