Mr. and Mrs. David Selby Entrekin of Madison announce the engagement of their daughter, Lillie Louise Entrekin, to John Joseph Walker, son of Rachael Akins Walker of Madison and the late John Robert Walker of Ridgeland.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Reverend and Mrs. Roderick Louis Entrekin of Hattiesburg, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Leon Williamson of Eupora.
Miss Entrekin was graduated from Madison Central High School, the University of Mississippi and Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She received a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is a registered nurse with Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Joseph Ulysses Akins and the late Marie Louise Akins of Shreveport.
Walker was graduated from St. Andrew’s Episcopal School and the University of Mississippi. He received bachelor and master’s degrees in accountancy and data analytics and is a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG in Boston.
The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, November 23 at Castle Hill in Oxford.
