Making Bread!
Several years ago, a bread starter made with boxed potato flakes was all the rage!. I can᎙t tell you how many loaves of bread I made!
Now, sourdough bread making is the thing! I took the class and it᎙s a process! I did learn a lot and discovered some cool kitchen tools that need to be added to my stash! The bread is pretty and really good.
I don᎙t think I'll have a bread making hobby.
