The Mystery Of Death.
No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don᧙t want to die to get there. And yet, death is the destination we all share. Death is very likely the single best invention of life.
Death is a Divine control mechanism. He uses death to regulate human life. So, without death, some people would assume the position of God,Alfa, and Omega over others. Without death, some people would steal the entire universe to themselves. And without death, there is no continuity of life. If you think the world is chaotic, just imagine this planet earth without death how it will look like. Remembering that we'll die is enough to keep someone humble and emphasizes the meaninglessness and futility of worldly pursuits and pleasures.
Death embraces everyone. It᧙s a fate none of us can overcome. No matter who we are in life, death will come to us all.It᧙s life᧙s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new.
The moment your brain dies, you cease to exist. Since you can᧙t observe, there is nothing to observe. Nothingness. It᧙s not even a deep infinite blackness since blackness still counts as something observable. Nothingness means nothing at all. Death is a dam end of story.
It can be overwhelming for many of us to consider our own death or the deaths of those close to us.We aren᧙t comfortable experiencing or expressing some of the intense emotions that show up for us around death. Unfortunately, everyone must die.
There are so many beautiful lessons that death teaches us, even in the midst of the pain, loss, confusion, anger, fear, and more. When we᧙re willing to embrace death and remember that everyone and everything in physical form will eventually die, we᧙re reminded to: appreciate ourselves, each other, and life ᧓ RIGHT NOW.
Take a moment right now to think about some of the important people who have died in your life. What did you learn from them both through their life and their death?
To understand death is to understand that vanity upon vanity is all is vanity. Death,a necessary end, will come when it comes. It is the penalty we all pay for the privilege of life.
