Small Town Taste!
When exploring new area, we like to find where the locals go! A recommendation from my air conditioner guy lead us to the Hickory Hog in Lucedale MS! What a treat!. The Sope was a cornbread cake topped with fresh collard greens, pulled smoked chicken (or your chopped meat), pickled onions and a splash of BBQ sauce!
It was delicious! I will be recreating this one at home!!
