Warren Candler Dorsey Jr.

Warren Candler Dorsey Jr., 81 passed away on May 26, 2025 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center. Visitation will be at Briarwood Presbyterian Church on Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am memorial service.

Warren served as long time in-house counsel at Blue Cross. He was a member of Briarwood Presbyterian Church USA where he served as Elder, chairman of the Deacons, chairman of the Johnnie Webb Fund, and Sunday School teacher. He was also an avid Ole Miss fan.

He was preceded in death by his father, Warren Candler Dorsey; mother, Karleen Ramsey Dorsey; and brother, Tommy Dorsey.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Suzan Brady Dorsey; sons, Charles Benton Dorsey (Colleen) and Daniel Candler Dorsey (Lauren Coulon); and numerous nieces and nephews.
