Cliff and Debby Eubanks of Flora announce the engagement of their daughter, Kathleen Nicole Eubanks, to Stephen David Ginn Jr., son of Steve and Paula Ginn of Madison.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Ida Lou Eubanks of Adona, Ark., and the late Bob and Irma Otto of Casa, Ark.
